Two apps. One mission. Know exactly what you've earned. Built by an officer who got tired of paychecks that didn't add up.
Built around union contracts, rotating schedules, and the way officers actually get paid. OT at higher rank, road jobs, detail pay, fiscal YTD — all of it.
Night differentials, charge nurse pay, on-call callbacks, RVU tracking, and missed break pay — every line item on a healthcare paycheck, tracked correctly.
Everything — your salary, schedule, pay logs, and leave balances — is stored exclusively on your device using iOS local storage.
No servers. No accounts. No cloud sync. No analytics. We have zero visibility into your data.
I built LEO Pay Tracker because I couldn’t find an app that correctly calculated my hourly rate on a Pitman schedule. Every existing tool assumed 2080 annual hours — wrong for most law enforcement schedules and leading to inaccurate OT pay previews.
MedPay Tracker came next. Healthcare workers face the same problem — complex differential pay, rotating 12-hour shifts, and paychecks that are nearly impossible to verify manually.
I’m a patrol officer with the East Haven Police Department. My family ran Juliano Fish Market in New Haven for decades. JFM Digital is named in their honor.
Both apps are free. Feedback from officers and nurses across the country drives every feature.
