OVERVIEW
JFM Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") builds LEO Pay Tracker and MedPay Tracker — professional pay tracking apps for iPhone. This privacy policy applies to both applications.
We built these apps with a simple principle: your personal and financial data belongs to you, and only you. We have no servers, no user accounts, and no visibility into anything you enter.
DATA COLLECTION
We collect nothing. All data you enter — salary, schedule, overtime logs, leave balances, expenses, off-duty job records, officer profile, and pay period configuration — is stored exclusively on your iPhone using iOS local storage (AsyncStorage).
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it using the built-in export features.
IN-APP PURCHASES
LEO Pay Tracker offers an optional Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat, a trusted third-party subscription management platform.
What RevenueCat receives: A pseudonymous device identifier generated by RevenueCat (not your name or Apple ID), purchase receipts, and subscription status events (purchased, renewed, cancelled, expired). RevenueCat does not receive your pay data, log entries, salary information, or any personal details you enter in the app.
What Apple receives: Standard payment processing information associated with your Apple ID, as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. This is the same data Apple collects for any App Store purchase.
RevenueCat is SOC 2 certified and does not sell user data. Their privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
The core promise remains unchanged. Your pay data, earnings history, overtime logs, leave balances, and officer profile never leave your device and are never shared with any party — including Apple or RevenueCat.
EXPORTS & GENERATED DOCUMENTS
The Pro tier includes features to export your data as PDF reports and CSV spreadsheets. These files are created entirely on your device.
Sharing those files — via email, AirDrop, Messages, or any other method — is entirely your choice and your action. We have no visibility into what you share, with whom, or when.
ICLOUD BACKUP
The Backup & Restore feature creates a JSON file containing your app data. This file is saved to your personal iCloud Drive — your private iCloud storage, not JFM Digital's servers. We never receive, store, or have access to backup files.
iCloud backup is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our apps use the following third-party services:
RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (LEO Pay Tracker Pro only). Receives purchase receipts and subscription status. Does not receive pay data.
Apple StoreKit — payment processing for in-app purchases. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
No analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking SDKs are used. We do not track app usage, session length, feature usage, or any other behavioral data.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our apps are designed for working professionals and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
